Thanks to the Houston Business Journal we learn that a chemical manufacturing company is moving its global headquarters to The Woodlands, near Houston. The company was based in Niskayuna, New York, near Schenectady and Albany, another loss for the string of upstate New York communities that run from Albany to Buffalo that have experienced continued business and population outmigration.
